About Pentecost Global
Methodist Church
Since 1785, Pentecost Global Methodist Church has faithfully proclaimed the Gospel. Today, as a congregation of the Global Methodist Church, we remain rooted in Scripture, grounded in the Wesleyan tradition, and devoted to worshiping God and serving our community in the name of Jesus Christ.
Our Foundation
The Global Methodist Church describes its beginning and purpose as follows:
"The Global Methodist Church launched on May 1, 2022, formed by faithful Christians seeking to preserve the doctrinal integrity of the historic Christian faith – especially the authority of Scripture – and to offer a vibrant witness to the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
Grounded in the Wesleyan tradition, the Global Methodist Church emphasizes scriptural holiness, the work of the Holy Spirit, and the life-changing grace of God available to all. We believe in making disciples of Jesus Christ who worship passionately, love extravagantly, and witness boldly."
Our Commitment
At Pentecost Global Methodist Church, we joyfully embrace this mission by faithfully preaching God's Word, worshiping together, growing as disciples of Jesus Christ, and serving our neighbors with love. We seek to be a welcoming church where people of all ages can encounter God's grace, deepen their faith, and live as faithful witnesses in our community and beyond.
